該職位負責對物料管理, 確保倉庫條件和倉庫內設備設施標識符合規范，所有物料的外觀(guān)良好，保存完整，整齊有序。負責實(shí)物盤(pán)點(diǎn)和月結，保證賬實(shí)相符，庫存保持在目標水平和及時(shí)清理超過(guò)三個(gè)月物料，回收料，次品和廢料。

Main responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities related to production safety, fire safety and environmental protection:

Strictly implement the relevant laws and regulations of national production safety and the rules and regulations of the company\'s production safety management and operation procedures

Check the safety of the post before work, and confirm the safety before operation

Implement various safety measures for daily loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse area to ensure the safety of loading and unloading of goods
落實(shí)倉庫區域日常裝卸貨物的各項安全措施，確保裝卸貨物安全；
Implement forklift loading and unloading and driving safety by contractors, to ensure the safety of forklift operation（Excludes the forklift operation by production team）
落實(shí)叉車(chē)裝卸貨和行車(chē)安全，確保叉車(chē)作業(yè)安全；
Stop illegal work immediately and report to supervisor。
發(fā)現違章作業(yè)要立即制止，并報告主管；
On-site inspection in warehouse area, find accident hazards or unsafe factors immediately report to supervisor。
現場(chǎng)檢查，發(fā)現事故隱患或者不安全因素立即報告主管；
Understand the SHE policy of the Group and the Company.
了解集團及公司的SHE方針。

2. Warehouse management原材料及成品倉庫管理: 
To ensure the warehouse status，equipments and signs are always in line with required condition and related regulation.
該職位負責倉庫管理，確保倉庫條件和倉庫內設備設施標識符合規范， 
Ensure good conditions of warehouse environment.
確保良好的倉庫環(huán)境。
Participate in 5S, OCS, AScare, PGI related tasks
參與5S,零粒子,資產(chǎn)管理,計劃整體檢查相關(guān)任務(wù)
Regularly examine all warehouse conditions, including floor, wall, roof, doors and windows, lighting, fire facilities, warehouse facilities and equipment, anti-fall device, non-standard tools, ladders, mobile or fixed loading platforms, shelves, warehouse areas signs and other conditions to meet the safety requirements and logistics standards, timely report problems and follow up with actions.  Keep good record of the inspection contents and report to the logistics supervisor.
定期檢查倉庫各項條件，包括地面，墻面，屋頂，門(mén)窗，照明，消防設施，倉庫內設施設備，防墜器，非標工具，梯子，移動(dòng)或固定裝貨平臺，貨架，倉庫范圍各項標識的狀況等是否符合安全使用要求及物流相關(guān)標準，及時(shí)報告問(wèn)題并跟進(jìn)處理。記錄檢查內容，匯報給物流主管。
Daily inspect raw material warehouse and finished goods warehouse， ensure the implementation of OCS and clear land for normal operation, take proactive measures to prevent or minimize various weather impact on the warehouse
每天檢查原材料倉庫和成品倉庫， 確保零粒子計劃的執行，以及正常操作需要的無(wú)障礙地面，需要主動(dòng)采取措施以防止或減少各種天氣對倉庫的影響。

3. Physical stock management 實(shí)物庫存管理
To ensure all material store with good appearance, integral and orderliness and in accurate quantity.

Strictly carry out the warehouse internal controls to ensure safeguard of raw materials and finished goods; manage implementation of the procedures.

Stock take timely and regularly
及時(shí)地定期地進(jìn)行庫存盤(pán)點(diǎn)。
Weekly report stock quantity and status, and timely report if anything unusual.

The materials are in good condition, complete, and well-organized
所有物料的外觀(guān)良好，保存完整，整齊有序。
Responsible for conducting physical inventory stock-take to ensure accuracy of accounts

Responsible for reconciling monthly closing inventory discrepancies.

Maintain product inventory at target levels.

Understand the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for each raw material in order to arrange storage environment and space that meet its requirements.

Establish a raw material ledger to record the physical storage location, receipt date, production date, and expiration date of each raw material, and handle materials which shelf life approaches to expirary according to raw material management procedures in a timely manner.
設立原材料臺賬，記錄各原材料的實(shí)物儲存位置數量，收貨日期，生產(chǎn)日期，有效期，按照原材料管理程序，及時(shí)對臨期材料進(jìn)行處理。
Regularly clear finished products older than three months, recycle materials, off grade products, and scrap items promptly.
及時(shí)清理超過(guò)三個(gè)月產(chǎn)成品，回收料，次品和廢料
Manage recycled packaging materials within the plant.
負責管理廠(chǎng)內循環(huán)使用的包材。
61	Understand  YMS，and WMS， can learn to use these systems when it’s needed

Analyze logistics processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

歷及知識水平：
大學(xué)以上學(xué)歷，物流、供應鏈相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先
 一定的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力(大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級或以上，劍橋商務(wù)英語(yǔ)初級或以上）
5年以上物流工作經(jīng)驗 (或較少工作經(jīng)驗但是有更高的教育學(xué)歷)
